The support team at Stamped has been outstanding. Whenever we’ve run into something (theme updates, widget display issues, or migration questions), they respond quickly and actually dig in to fix it instead of giving generic replies.
A few times they’ve gone further than expected—checking code on our store, adjusting things to match our branding, and following up until it was fully resolved. It’s rare to get that level of hands-on help from an app, and it makes a real difference when you’re relying on reviews to run smoothly.
Highly recommend them based on the support alone.

Hi team,I’m writing to you because we recently had to uninstall your app, and I really wanted to share why. We used and loved your app for 4 years, so we’re truly sad to leave.Unfortunately, it recently started glitching. Review requests weren't sending for months—meaning we lost a lot of customer reviews—and we also noticed bugs with how reviews were displaying. When we reached out, we only got a bot reply, which was quite frustrating.Since the app is now uninstalled, we can't open a support ticket through Shopify anymore, but we noticed we are still being charged for the monthly subscription.
Hi there, and thank you for four years of trusting us.
You should never have had review requests silently fail for months, and you should never have hit a wall when you reached out for help. Our in-app assistant is meant to hand off to a live agent and it clearly didn't do its job for you. That's on us, not on you.
Regarding billing: I can see an open discussion with Tania and we have processed your refund and stopped the subscription. If anything is still showing on your invoice, reply to that email and we'll sort it same day.
We just wanted to say sorry properly, and thank you for telling us plainly what went wrong. If you ever want to take another look, we'd love the chance to show you a very different experience.
