Probably the best and most flexible Tabs app out there. I've tried all the very popular ones but support and functionality on those is very limited. This is highly customizable and has an extremely easy user interface. Support is amazing. They have added additional code to customize the app for me. Thank you and will definitely recommend.
Thanks for the great review Ahmed, glad we were able to adapt the tabs layout for your unique requirements.
Brilliant app that makes it really easy to display tabs or accordions on your product page. I had a few specific issues that I needed some assistance with and they were extremely helpful, getting me sorted out very quickly. Can't fault the service. Thank you!
Thanks for your kind review Neil! Glad we were able to get the tabs to display on your bundled products.
This app works perfectly. We have one main product with 5 flavors and 3 different sizes. I went through 5 apps that couldn't present the different size options for the product to our customers. We contacted the Tabs+ support team, and they were able to assist us within 24 hours. I cannot recommend this app enough.
Thanks for the great review Nino, we're really pleased to hear that you like our app. Some theme's need a little bit of help to get the most out of the app, but as mentioned, we're always here and happy to help.
App was not compatible with my store. Reached out for support twice and four days later still have not heard a thing from the company. A shame as the app looked really good.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I know we have spoken via text message a few times since, but I just wanted to confirm that unfortunately we did not receive either of your support requests.
There appears to have be an issue with the "Get Support" mechanism within the app that prevented emails from being forwarded on to our main support email address. We have since updated our support address and have confirmed that it now works with the "Get Support" contact method.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you and we're still very happy to help you with your set-up should you decide you'd like to try Tabs+ again.
This app works wonderfully! Two reasons I'm not giving it 5 stars: 1) Every time I edit a variant description, I have to refresh the page before I can tab over to the next page of variants. 2) Every time I import variant data, any blanks in the variant description column of the .CSV trigger the app to use the default product description as the variant description. To fix this, I have to go to every variant without a unique description and uncheck the box for custom descriptions. These are minor inconveniences that add up over time, and I'd love to see a fix in the near future.
Thanks so much for your considered review. We have a very responsive support team in place, so we'll take a look at those suggestions/annoyances as a priority. We'll be in touch to find out a bit more about the variant data within your import file. Thanks again!
easy to use and great for products with multiple variants as well as helps condense length of page while still putting all important information out there for customers
Easy navigation and the support is super reactive when needed
Thanks for the great review Julie! Glad we could help you with your Tab translations using the Translate & Adapt app.
Great app. Simple, easy to use and perfect for adding dropdown fields to individual products. It looks clean on the front end, and the support team is quick to respond and really helpful.
Thanks for the great review Dan! Glad we were able to help and pleased to hear that you've found the app easy to use.
This is literally the only app I have found that makes it so simple to add variant product descriptions so thank you SOOO much for creating this!
Thanks for the great review! Glad to hear that you're enjoying using the app.
