I had really bad experience with this app, their bot talked me through how to do this and that and was going great until the dev or a sales person took over the conversation and didnt even answer my question, took awful long time. THEN they somehow got ahold of my number and wrote awful things.

I tried to get this app to work, but it was showing nothing. Then, support required me to make a lot of changes and modifications which i am not a programmer. it is still not working., geez. I will delete or uninstall it.
I’m very satisfied with the Trafficly – Visitor Counter app. It provides accurate real-time visitor data and helps me track how many people are on my store at any given time. The interface is clean and user-friendly, and the installation was seamless. It gives useful insights that help me understand my store’s traffic patterns better. Definitely a must-have for Shopify store owners.
I recently had the opportunity to experience the customer support for the visitor counter widget on our website. While the standard settings of the widget did not initially meet my specific need to have it hover over an image, the default placement options were limited to either above or below the add to cart button.
However, I reached out to the support team and explained the situation. I was thoroughly impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to tailor a solution to fit our requirements. They performed a bespoke edit, which allowed the widget to function exactly as I envisioned—hovering neatly over the product image, enhancing the user experience and seamlessly integrating with our site design.
Their ability to adapt the widget beyond the out-of-the-box capabilities is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction and their expertise in offering flexible solutions.
I loved this app. But when I upgraded, it stopped working. If they fixed it, I would reinstall it right now.
