Profitario ‑ Profit Analytics

We’ve been using Profitario for almost three years, and it’s the best profit tracker we’ve tried. I’m honestly surprised it only has 63 reviews. We used two other major profit-tracking apps before, and both were either missing features we needed or charging extra for them.

We’ve connected eight stores over that time, although six have been inactive since last year. It’s still the most affordable option we’ve used.

The new UI is a definite improvement. It took me a day or two to get used to it, but the graphs make the income and expense breakdowns easy to understand and I really appreciate is being able to set price changes from a specific date and time (some of the other apps miss or are behind an upgrade).

Support has been great too. They seem to be a small team, but whenever we’ve needed help, they’ve replied once they’re online.

It’s probably the Shopify app I check most often because we rely on it for daily profit tracking. The integrations are easy to set up and cover almost every ad platform and service we use. We’ve occasionally needed to refresh a connection, but the app lets us know when a token needs updating. We haven’t had any major connection issues.

Overall, it’s fast, reliable, and gives us the detailed breakdowns we need without making everything complicated. After nearly three years, we’re still happy with it.

(I guess recently updated their pricing, but still a great overall option for small-mid size sellers)

The support has a bad communication and don't solv your needs. About the system to transfer accounts it does not work well, since the previously system. it still not working. It does not have an option to delete your account if you want to solve your transfering problem it could be deleting your account and starting it from your's profitario main account. About to login with this account it does not work as well I tried. and it forces you to create a new account.

I've been using Profitario for several years now and couldn't be happier. I've tried multiple profit tracking and analytics apps over the years, but nothing comes close to Profitario in terms of accuracy, reliability, and ease of use.

The new 2.0 update is an absolute game changer. The depth of analytics and insights available now is incredible and has made it even more valuable for running and understanding my business.

It's one of those rare apps that I genuinely rely on every single day. Highly recommended to any Shopify store owner who wants a clear picture of their profitability.
