Bisher eine super App. Hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit schon Mehrkäufe erreicht und bei Schwierigkeiten wurde mir durch den Support schnell und erfolgreich geholfen. Kann sie nur empfehlen.

I've been using this app for 2 years, it's the only one I use. I am no expert on Shopify but found it easy to navigate. And help is always available, from a human .

Does not accurately attribute sales. VASTLY inflates the sales in claims. For example I have an offer if you buy 3X of a specific product (not a mix and match) and if someone buys 1 of that product and 2 other things, not qualifying for the discount, not getting the discount, Koala count it as a sale for them.

Excellent app and outstanding support!
We've tested several gift and upsell apps, and Koala has been the easiest to set up while offering exactly the flexibility we needed. The app works smoothly, the interface is intuitive, and the gift rules are very easy to configure.
What impressed us the most was the support team. They responded quickly, understood our requirements, and helped us customize the setup to match our store perfectly.

I’ve been using Koala Bundles for my shop and it’s great, but the customer support is next level. I had an issue with my product variants not syncing with the app, so I reached out and Max helped me out. He was awesome! Not only did he fix the sync problem super fast, but he also tweaked the design so the bundles look absolutely perfect on my page. Super fast and helpful support, thanks a lot Max!
