Outstanding Support That Made Our Campaigns Possible!
We use Kai Progress Bar across our stores, and their support team is one of the best we’ve worked with on any Shopify app. They became a true partner in helping us launch three websites for our promotions and campaigns.

What impressed us most was their custom CSS work for our website themes. Our stores use heavily customized themes, and we didn’t want a generic-looking widget. The Kai team took time to understand our design and styled the bar to blend naturally with our brand. It now looks like a native part of our theme.
They also adjusted the app’s settings and behavior to align with each campaign. Whenever we had new thresholds, messages, or visuals, they responded quickly with hands-on help.
