Kai Barra Progresso e Brinde

I began using this a couple months ago on my Shopify site, and it works great, I like how I can modify the appearance and colors etc. But I began a new promotion last week, and ran into a problem with the way the 'deal' was being honored. It was like 4:30am on a Saturday, so I sent Kai a message, realizing I probably wouldn't get this resolved until Monday. Literally like one minute later, a real person spent about 20 minutes with me evaluating and then fixing the issue. I had entered something incorrectly, but they were able to get it all resolved at 5am on a Saturday. Amazing Customer Service, and very friendly too, you know, that's a nice touch now a days
