The only issue we had with the app was that our google maps api needed updating, so that was on our end. We also sent them a handful of ADA compliance fixes that we needed them to implement and they handled them all within a day, no questions asked. Very easy to work with and super responsive.
We have received no complaints from users to date!
I find that ongoing processes are gradually making it easier to add locations, and the team are extremely helpful with any advice or support
Amazing app but please, how to resiliate a plan? I can't find the way to do this :/
Hi! :)
Thank you so much for your kind words, and sorry for the confusion here.
To cancel your plan, please open the app and go to Plans → Cancel Current Subscription button. You’ll find it at the bottom of the Plans page.
You can also simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin - this will automatically cancel the subscription as well.
If the reason is related to pricing, please contact us at storelocator@progus.com. We’ll be happy to help and I’m sure we can find a solution.
Also, if you were charged for a period when you didn’t use the app, just email us and we’ll refund it without any problem. :)
Reviews are extremely important for us as a small app team, so once everything is resolved, we would be truly grateful if you could update your review. It would mean a lot to us. Thank you again!
Great app with all the essential store locator features. The support team was responsive and helped resolve the issues we encountered quickly. Overall, a good experience and a reliable app.
I have used/tried several store locators over the years on various sites, the Progus locator is by far the easiest, most stable and nicest looking locator.

I was searching for an app that supports Open Street Map instead of Google Maps and with a European based Developer behind it.
Shopify recommended this app to me. Great choice!
The app support is very supportive. They managed to solve all my questions and issues within minutes.
The map looks super nice and the new beta feature to connect to a data source (Google Sheet) is really super helpful.
The customization options are really great:
* translations
* look and appearance
Thanks a lot.
Highly recommended.
Thank you for the review! If you have more questions feel free to contact us. :)

Easy setup and customizable!
