The only issue we had with the app was that our google maps api needed updating, so that was on our end. We also sent them a handful of ADA compliance fixes that we needed them to implement and they handled them all within a day, no questions asked. Very easy to work with and super responsive.
We have received no complaints from users to date!
Amazing app but please, how to resiliate a plan? I can't find the way to do this :/

Thank you so much for your kind words, and sorry for the confusion here.
To cancel your plan, please open the app and go to Plans → Cancel Current Subscription button. You’ll find it at the bottom of the Plans page.
You can also simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin - this will automatically cancel the subscription as well.
If the reason is related to pricing, please contact us at storelocator@progus.com. We’ll be happy to help and I’m sure we can find a solution.
Also, if you were charged for a period when you didn’t use the app, just email us and we’ll refund it without any problem. :)

I have used/tried several store locators over the years on various sites, the Progus locator is by far the easiest, most stable and nicest looking locator.

La situation d’aujourd’hui, le 18.11.2025, était due à une panne globale qui a touché de nombreux services majeurs comme X.com (Twitter), Canva, Discord, ainsi que notre application.
La facturation a continué de fonctionner car le système de paiements est géré directement par Shopify.
En geste commercial, nous vous avons accordé 1 mois gratuit du plan Standard.
