We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment this experience caused. We understand how discouraging it is to run into an error when you’re expecting the app to work, and we take responsibility for that.

After carefully reviewing the situation, we found that the issue occurred during the ad creation step while the AI was analyzing the product. In some cases, when the product content or language isn’t fully supported yet, the system may fail to process the image properly and result in the error you saw. This is something we’re actively working to improve.
