Propel Subscriptions App

We spent quite a lot of time looking to find a subscription app that would meet our requirements. Eventually we came across Propel who got us up and running exactly as we needed and super fast. Fantastic support from Leo. Wish all apps provided the same level of help and support.

Sooo I updated my theme and for whatever reason my apps didn't pull over. I received a prompt response within minutes inside the chat feature of the app. Tom came in and figured out what the problem was and got it done in an instant! Forever grateful. Propel is great!! Thanks again!

Awesome app! Completely free to use. Very easy set-up too, customisation is good allowing us to make it more 'on-brand'. We have a custom theme and the app devs were on hand to install the coding for us completely free.

Support is fast and provide clear resolutions. Highly recommended!

Just installed the Subscriptions Recurring Orders and so far I am over the moon with how easy it was to set up! (Seriously, I did it while also getting my girls ready for school, it's that simple.) Support was lightening fast to remove the clickable branding, I am so excited to see where this takes my business!

Customer Service is 5-stars! I've run into a few hiccups regarding the interface between my theme and the app (thus the 4 star rating) but every time customer service is right there to chat and troubleshoot and it ends up being resolved. Thus far I've needed to interact with them 3 times and each time I walk away feeling pleased my problem was addressed well.

We were looking for a "subscribe and save" style app as we get recurring orders and want our customers to benefit from the ease of an auto re-ordering feature (and the savings we can give them with it), and also for us to have a system to manage it all. This one caught our eye (from features and reviews) and it is very good so far. Install was fairly straight forward and the support team have been really helpful and fast helping us tweak a few settings.

After installing this app, I had a bunch of questions which Leo very patiently answered. He was so helpful even when I realized a couple of days later that I needed more functionality than the app could provide. I have since found a different app that handles what I need, but if you want a simple easy to use membership app to collect recurring payments, this one is excellent - and has wonderful customer service, which is hard to come by these days! I recently updated my website to a new theme and ran into a snag with a subscription product not being able to be added to the cart. I reached out to support and the issue was fixed in minutes. Incredibly responsive (thank you again, Leo!). I've been using the app for a little over a year now and it has been easy to work with and seems really integrated with the Shopify platform as a whole. It's been exactly what we needed to run a subscription box product on our site.
