We're not a huge operation, so we needed something that would help with inventory without being unnecessarily complicated. Provido has been a good fit for us. It gives us useful forecasting and replenishment information without requiring a complicated inventory management system. The interface is easy to understand and the recommendations are practical.

Before using Provido, a lot of our inventory planning involved checking sales, stock levels and upcoming requirements manually. Provido has taken a lot of that repetitive work away from us. One thing I really like about Provido is that it doesn't just tell us what to reorder — it explains why. Being able to see things like demand, stock cover and reorder points makes the recommendations much easier to understand and trust. For us, that's much more useful than having a black-box forecast where we're just expected to accept the suggested quantity.

The forecasting is deterministic maths rather than AI, so the same sales history always gives the same recommendation, and any quantity can be traced back to the figures behind it. AI only writes the explanation in words. It never sets the number.
If you ever look at the working and disagree with it, tell me. That is the most useful thing a merchant can send.
