We had four stores that needed migrating from the old SMPS app to Proviews. The team at Proviews was outstanding about communicating updates and made the migration of all four stores simple. We couldn't ask for better support, and they even helped with a couple custom buttons for our websites. Special shout out to Nehal, thanks for the prompt assistance in addressing our needs. 5-Star App!
We recently moved several of our stores from the old SMPS app over to Proviews, and the entire process went very smoothly. Their team kept us informed throughout the migration and made what could have been a complicated transition very easy.
Support has been excellent from the start, including help with a few custom website buttons we needed. Nehal was especially responsive and helpful in getting everything taken care of quickly.
Very impressed with the app and the level of service behind it. Highly recommended!
I used the old Q & A app from this company and was really happy with it. However, they are retiring it so I have added this new version.
I did not want the reviews element and Ajit kindly removed that section and made colour changes to the Q & A so it blended better with my theme.
The support has been prompt and helpful and for what I need my plan is free, so thank you making this available to smaller businesses at no charge. My only gripe is it is a shame the app is not as customisable as the old one hence the four stars.
Stay Away From This App!! Reviews Published Without Approval
Proviews has become a serious risk for Shopify merchants. Their new AI moderation system can publish reviews on your own storefront without prior approval from the website owner, leaving merchants to chase support after unwanted content is already live. Their off topic review AI moderation is also a joke, with the system failing to properly separate product reviews from delivery issues, personal taste opinions, or other matters outside the merchant’s direct control.
Do not let them hide behind Google. Google Product Ratings may apply inside Google’s ecosystem, but that does not require Proviews to automatically publish reviews on a merchant’s own website. Other apps can manage Google compliant feeds while still allowing manual approval for website display.
Any review app that removes merchant approval over website publication is not fit for purpose. In the end, Proviews’ system publishes reviews on your website at its own discretion, without explicit permission from the website owner.

We would like to share that we have recently introduced an update to Proviews that gives merchants greater control over the reviews displayed on their storefront. You can now publish or unpublish individual reviews according to your preference, making it much easier to manage the review content that appears on your website.
This update is designed to give you the flexibility to curate your storefront reviews while continuing to benefit from Proviews' review management capabilities.
