These guys are simply great. I imported all my reviews, over 700 from another app, and they helped me do this process smoothly. The customer service is the best i have ever seen in my life!
I am using the review app and got some issue uploading the review correctly. customer support is really helpful in getting fixed and explain what happened, so I can avoid the issue next time
Firstly, the customer service for this app is exceptional. Professional and fast. Any issues, they're on it straight away. Secondly, feature packed and so easy to use. Very happy with this app :)
Great review app with lots of features. Support team is very helpful and super fast. An issue with importing my reviews was immediately being worked on and fixed. Also, unbeatable value for money!
This app was used to replace another review app as my store wasn't getting a lot of product reviews. Product reviews have improved since the app was installed. Great support too. I'll recommend it.
Great app, Great customer service. Very supportive and helpful team of nice people. Very responsive. We had no issues using their Proviews app and another app too -both are great. Highly recommended.
We just went live with Proviews a few days ago, so we are very new to the platform. Set up was very well supported, and the technical support has been excellent. We receive rapid responses and resolutions to issues and questions.
The best APP to collect reviews and excellent customer Service and support.
I will recommend this App to any Shopify store if they are looking for a reliable, stable, best support App for their store.
THANK YOU SUPPORT for excellent service.
Excellent app & service. We had it installed a long time ago in two stores, and it works perfectly, with many options.
We contacted customer service several times, and they always helped us accurately and quickly.
This app is highly recommended.
Switched to this app from Yotpo after using Yotpo for 2 and a half years. Beyond satisfied. The support provided by their team, from setting up the account to infusing the reviews with our store, has been extraordinary. Kudos to the entire team.
