Honestly the app looks really amazing and the monthly fees are cheaper compared to other apps i'm really satisfied and the support is available all the time and they try their best to solve problem and make you happy , honestly I really recommend it more than the popular LOOX app

Product tracks comments, questions and answers, sends out request for reviews. It is good and is worth adding to your site. We have used this on my site and I am happy with it.

The app itself is clearly still evolving, but I'll give it 5 stars all day long because customer service has been awesome. While it might be hard to navigate the software at times, customer service has been willing to virtually hold my hand and solve every single inquiry and issue I've struggled with.

Absolutely the best app for reviews, got all the functions I needed reviews, rich snippets, Q&As, feed for google shopping, out standing support thank you for being very patient with me and my too many requests all were addressed and answered professionally I won't regret switching from stamped because it is over priced and very poor support. I wanted to create a REVIEW PAGE instead of having all of the reviews go to the specific products. This team was the ONLY team that was kind and helpful and worked with me get this done. I downloaded (and uninstalled 4 apps!) before I found this one. I WISH I would have found them first. AMAZING help desk, kind people and super patient! The reviews look great and the templates are easy to use!

I only average one order per day on my store.I have been using this app for 2 weeks (I subscribed to basic pay plan after one week free). I have 6 reviews so far and one q & a. Love this, super easy to use. Installers were fast and ONLY required access. Installer did not need to ask me any questions. I got an email when they finished. I highly recommend this app. I am looking into their other apps as well.

Excellent app, maybe the best one for reviews. I like all apps developed by Simprosys because I trust them for my google marketing and also because of their outstanding customer support. I had to switch from Stamped.io because of the higher cost maybe 10X more than what other apps require and due to their poor support. I highly recommend this app if you want a clean, affordable, rich functions review app.

I like the user interface, especially the layout of reviews and questions, on my website. The app is easy to use and has many features, such as displaying a review carousel, generating coupon codes, review drawer, and so on. Simprosys also develops websites, so they really understand the nuts and bolts of Shopify.
