I used the old Q & A app from this company and was really happy with it. However, they are retiring it so I have added this new version.
I did not want the reviews element and Ajit kindly removed that section and made colour changes to the Q & A so it blended better with my theme.
The support has been prompt and helpful and for what I need my plan is free, so thank you making this available to smaller businesses at no charge. My only gripe is it is a shame the app is not as customisable as the old one hence the four stars.
still working on understanding the platform
Good app and features. Good customer support.
Lack of support over the weekend
Dear Merchant,
Thank you for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear you find our product easy to use and appreciate our support team. Your feedback helps us improve and add better features.
We understand the need for Amazon and eBay review importing. While this feature isn’t available yet, we do offer other platform import options. As a workaround, you can import Amazon and eBay reviews using our default import template by adding the required data.
We appreciate your support and are considering this feature for future updates. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re happy to help!
Best Regards,
Proviews Support Team
