ProxyAI adds a chat assistant to your storefront that answers product questions and helps shoppers buy without leaving the chat. It is grounded in your live store data, so search and recommendations reflect the products, variants and stock you actually have. From the same conversation it can add items to the cart and hand the shopper to checkout. You can also give it a knowledge base of your own FAQs, policies or other documents; and control which actions it is allowed to take on your store.
