Puco Sections: Theme Sections

I had some issues with the blocks on our website not working correctly and reached out for support. The response was quick and incredibly helpful. Rio, the founder of Puco, was not only prompt in assisting me but also very thorough in explaining the steps needed to resolve the issue. He even provided a detailed tutorial link that made the process much easier.

Our website developers had added some content incorrectly, which we couldn’t edit. Rio explained that the FAQs block currently supports only one content for all product pages. He guided me to the "Section list" and "FAQs Block" for editing. His assistance was clear, and he patiently waited for me to check if the solution worked.

Despite the block not supporting different content for each page, Rio’s support was invaluable. His dedication and personal touch made the experience even more meaningful. I was more than happy to leave a 5-star review for his app, understanding how much it meant to him and his business.

Overall, Rio's support was outstanding, and I highly recommend Puco for their excellent service and genuine care for their customers. Thank you, Rio, for your time, support, and the best wishes for our family business!

This app is very smart. Instead of installing a large app that may slow down your site, you have the option to just select the sections or blocks you want to use.

There's a large selection of sections to choose from to elevate the appearance of your theme, and I'm sure that the collection will continue to grow.

The support from Rio has been absolutely fantastic. He's obviously very passionate about the app, which is fantastic to see.

Definitely worth the money. A+

I must say, Puco Sections is a breath of fresh air. Yes they have a monthly Pro plan, but unlike so many other apps, they also offer a free plan where you can purchase the sections you need as you go. But they also give you a lot of really great free sections. I had a small rendering issue with one of the free sections and Rio, the maker of the App quickly made a solution specific to my store within 30 minutes of me notifying him of the issue. He was so kind and gracious. I would highly recommend this app and the service provided by Puco.io! I wish more apps would follow their lead!

App works well, some great free sections that are easily activated and incorporated to the store, and even better paid sections that come at a very small price.

We had, what we thought was a small issue with 1 section so contacted support and were helped by Rio who had a quick look and explained what we were doing wrong. In the end it wasn't an issue with the app or the section. All in all, great customer service and great app.

Puco Sections is excellent, powerful "Built for Shopify" app! They satisfied our key demand, help us add a lot of sections/blocks that greatly improve the site user experience. Hope there will be more features to come!

The app works fantastically with my theme. In addition to the free content, there are also paid options that can be purchased for a one-time fee - this is great, especially if you don't want to commit to a subscription right now. The sections I tried for free convinced me so much that I ended up buying a more extensive one for a small amount. I also had contact with support, even with Rio - the founder of the app - and quickly found excellent and professional assistance. I highly recommend Puco Sections. Especially if your theme lacks enough sections and you want to save space, Puco offers great solutions for consolidating sections! Give it a try!

They do not lie when they say the customer service is top notch. It is excellent! I bought a block and needed a bit of customisation to visually make the block what I would like and to integrate it with the rest of my theme aesthetically. I emailed support and spoke to Rio who responded within an hour. Rio customised the block to my liking and within half a day the block looked exactly how I imagined it. I was even given really simple instructions on how to duplicate and adapt the changes to my liking when I want to add the block do a different theme. Massive fan of this app, thank you so much for the help!

Puco Sections is an amazing app with great sections and blocks, with an equally amazing support team. We use many Puco sections/blocks, and they have proven to enhance the look and feel of our site and increase daily conversions.

I've downloaded quite a few section apps to customize my store but Puco Sections is definitely one of the best! Easy to use and excellent customer service. Rio is very friendly and was able to help customize a section exactly how I wanted and very quickly. Try it out!

After quite a bit of research, I decided to try Puco and was amazed by the customer service, especially from Rio. He really understood what I needed and was quick to help. It's hard to find this kind of personal attention and responsiveness. I needed a video gallery that would allow me to show our projects on one page but also let a customer see a larger view of the video and his templates provided that! I highly recommend this app, especially for anyone in the art or design space.
