Brevo PushOwl: Email,Push,SMS

Wir hatten das Problem, dass Bots unsere Anmeldung geflutet und dadurch unser Mail-Kontingent aufgebraucht haben. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn das Kontingent für nutzlose Kontakte entwertet wird. Raul hat mir sehr schnell und unkompliziert geholfen und eine sehr zufriedenstellende Lösung für uns gefunden. Vielen Dank für den tollen Support, in dem Fall in Person von Raul.

We have been using Brevo for a while but always had issues getting integration from Shopify so our contacts would not move automatically - had implemented a painful multi-step workaround. Although PushOwl has been around, I was never able to get it to work with my existing account. Finally reached out to support who responded straight away. Wish I had reached out earlier because they made it so easy to fix. Yash was my support person. A+ support.

I've been using Brevo before it was Brevo (originally sendinblue) and I've never really had any problems with it. I find it to be a much more cost effective option than klaviyo. In the last month I updated our webstore's theme and it messed up our brevo welcome flow and contact list. But within 2 hours Anjali helped pinpoint the problem and corrected the issue and now my emails are working again. Great customer support, very helpful. Real people helping, not AI! (very important for me)

Excellent support. We had two separate Brevo accounts, one paid with our authenticated domain and one created automatically by the app, and the Shopify integration was wired to the wrong one. Anjali identified the problem immediately, handled the migration herself within the hour, and confirmed beforehand that our existing contact attributes and push subscribers would be preserved. They were. Clear answers, no back and forth, no data lost. Exactly what you want from support when a live store is involved.

Installing the app initially created a duplicate Brevo account because our store email differed from our Brevo login. A human support agent (Anjali) sorted it out quickly: she merged everything into our existing Brevo account, kept our automations and contacts, and explained clearly how the subscription sync works. Tip for other merchants: make sure your Shopify store email matches your Brevo login before onboarding. Great, fast support.

Been using Brevo now for a few days to start to get email marketing setup for our company and so far it is simple to use and user friendly software design and not over complicated, I like the idea that you have the free account option as this gives us the change to get to test and learn email marketing and the allowable free emails per month is very reasonable to start with.

Best of all was the we needed support to enable a function and Piyush and the team was very fast en proactive to assist with the implementation and providing the solution.

Wir hatten einige Fragen und Probleme bei der Verbindung von Shopify, PushOwl und unserem bestehenden Brevo-Konto. Raul hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen, alles Schritt für Schritt mit uns durchzugehen und die Probleme direkt zu prüfen. Am Ende konnten wir die Synchronisierung sauber testen und auch ein weiteres Problem mit unserem Brevo-Konto lösen.

Configurer l'application avec un compte Brevo déjà existant s'est révélé moins simple que prévu, mais le support a fait toute la différence. Harish a pris le temps d'enquêter réellement sur ce qui s'était passé, m'a expliqué clairement pourquoi la synchronisation historique avait été désactivée sur mon compte, l'a corrigée de son côté et a fait le suivi jusqu'à ce que tout fonctionne. Des réponses claires, pas du copier-coller. C'est le genre de support qui donne envie de rester sur un outil.

Application un peu fastidieuse à comprendre et mettre en place lors d'une migration WP vers Shopify, ayant déjà un compte Brevo. Pas évident de comprendre la logique et l'intérêt de PushOwl.

Malgré une confusion de ma part, Harish de l'équipe a cependant été très réactif et a rapidement solutionné le problème, en prenant le temps et le soin d'expliquer ce que je n'ai pas compris.
