Qstomizer ‑ Product Customizer

Exceptional Support from Ramon M. Ortigosa and Outstanding App!

I recently integrated the Qstomizer app into our Shopify store and encountered a minor issue where our website's header was obstructing the app interface on mobile devices. I reached out to the support team, and Ramon M. Ortigosa was incredibly prompt and professional in assisting me.

Ramon responded quickly and not only resolved the header issue remotely but also adjusted our chat button for optimal placement. He even provided a helpful tutorial on linking product variants with the app's templates, which made the process seamless.

His dedication to ensuring everything worked perfectly exceeded my expectations, his support made me signup for the full package right away. I highly recommend Qstomizer for its robust features and top-notch customer service. It's rare to find such commitment to customer satisfaction. Five stars all the way!

Qstomizer is the only app I have found that has the flexibility to accommodate the level of customization that we require. Ramon is very fast to help with any issues that may arise. We've been using Qstomizer for years and have been very happy.

The app is good and the customer service is fine.
The product is good but we can't put 5 stars because, according to us, some features are missing such as pricing ( Unable to price different images and clip arts - can't make categories with different prices - we cannot use this app as is).

I am thrilled with the Product Designer app! It's user-friendly and efficient, making the design process a breeze. The range of tools allows for my customers to easily create designs to sell on a range of our products.

The customer service is outstanding – responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in ensuring a positive experience. Any questions or issues are promptly addressed, showcasing a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Moreover, I've noticed a significant boost in sales since implementing the app. The seamless integration into the sales process has made a substantial impact, and the personalized touch it adds to each product has resonated well with my customers.

Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to enhance their clients design capabilities, receive top-notch service, and drive sales growth!

This amazing app allows our customers to effortlessly submit their files for custom design orders. It offers a user-friendly interface, and the support team is exceptionally responsive whenever we have inquiries.

I'd like to offer two suggestions for enhancing this app further:

1. It would be highly beneficial if we could apply two different sets of discounts to the same product.
2. Having a feature that allows us to download the original file format from the gang sheet without compromising its resolution would be incredibly valuable.
3. Incorporating a feature that displays the exact dimensions of the design files upon upload or enables users to input these dimensions themselves would significantly enhance the overall user experience and drive increased sales.

Very good app, great help. I needed customize button to match my theme , at a blink of eye it was fixed. recommend %100

App looked promising but I got stuck and support was lacking and not as helpful as I hoped.

Very happy with the app. Once you got everything setup, its very easy to work with. Lot of optional settings. Customer Support is fast and very helpful!

I'm amazed at how simple it is to set up this product.
I'm already envisioning the exciting possibilities of the 3D new version!
I'm eagerly anticipating its release.
Highly recommended!
