We've been using this app to manage quantity discounts for our wholesale coffee customers, and it's been working really well for us.
We recently discovered an issue with discounts not applying correctly on larger orders with multiple different products. I contacted support, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better response.
Anna and the development team were absolutely brilliant. They took the issue seriously, investigated it properly and even implemented a custom update for our store to resolve it, all incredibly quickly and without asking us to upgrade our plan.
Everything is now working as it should, and I'm genuinely impressed with the level of care and support we received.

I installed this app to add pricing tables to my store.
In addition to displaying the pricing tables on the product pages, I asked if they could integrate them with another quotation app I use, and they were able to accommodate this with some custom development.
The support is in English, but they have been very helpful, responsive, and easy to understand throughout the process.
I really appreciate their flexible and excellent support. Highly recommended!

Omega has honestly provided one of the best support experiences I've had with a Shopify app.
I had a specific use case for my store that went beyond the standard bundle functionality. Instead of simply telling me that it wasn't possible, their support and development team listened carefully to my feedback, discussed the possibilities internally, and actually built and customized the functionality I needed.
We went through several iterations together, improving both the desktop and mobile UX, bundle pricing and messaging, cart experience, and even compatibility with another Shopify app I use for payment trust badges.
What impressed me most is how responsive and solution-oriented the entire team has been. Whenever I identified something that could be improved, they genuinely looked into it and, where possible, made the adjustment.
