PREPA: Quebec Warranty

Show Québec’s legal warranty of good working order on product pages, in French and English.

From 5 October 2026, Québec’s Consumer Protection Act gives new appliances, TVs, computers, tablets, phones and game consoles a legal warranty of 3 to 6 years, and merchants must show its duration where the product is advertised.
