Smartviewer: Quick View

Great App and Fantastic Support when we needed it. Updated our theme and ran into some issues with the way the Quick View was appearing, probably something wrong with the theme, and Brian popped in and got it working in no time. Thanks for the great support!

We used this app to have a quick view window on our website, it works perfectly and helped us to offer a rapid view and purchase process on our website. The customer support is excellent, we needed some updates when we changed our review app and Brian immediately provided the support. Thank you!

This app is a winner! Our customers love the ability to check out stats without opening up every item. This is especially great with our elevated pet feeders (check it out at www.ofto.us) because people need to choose a size and this way they see at a glance how tall each product out. We have had this app installed for a while now and we are having alignment issues on the site. The "quick view" buttons are not properly aligned on the photos. I have emailed customer service several times and have NEVER gotten so much as a single response. While the product seems like a great idea, there is literally NO customer service.

Sometimes the quick view button doesn't appear. What I shame because I really like the app itself... is just that bug.
