The app works well and any problems I have had the team has helped me with very quickly.
SyncTools has made our bookkeeping so much easier, the onboarding process is very smooth and the whole support team have been very reactive and have a full understanding of business.
The SyncTools team have been brilliant! They helped us connect Shopify and Xero smoothly and worked patiently with us to customise the setup for our sales departments. They’ve listened, adapted, and created a reliable, efficient link that now runs beautifully. Highly recommend!
Thank you Katherine, glad SyncTools team has been able to meet your expectations
As the bookkeeper Synctools has been a total win for us. It makes reconciling with Xero & QuickBooks gives us clean COGS numbers, and even handles deferred revenue without any headaches. From setup to everyday questions, the team has always had my back.
