We sell custom signs, so getting customer artwork has always been a pain. We installed QuickFiles last week and it's already made the whole process much smoother. Customers know exactly where to upload their files now, and we haven't had to chase anyone by email.
When customer upload but don't actually order, why does that count? I've only had one upload linked to an order. Is there a way to cancel the others that aren't used?
Thanks so much for the review! Good news: uploads that never turn into an order stop counting toward your monthly limit automatically after 48 hours, so there's nothing you need to cancel. Your dashboard now shows just the 1 upload that's linked to an order. We wait two days because some customers upload first and check out later, and we don't want to drop their file. This app store lved Solved the biggest issue while file uploading 10/10 recommended
Not very impressed. The app promises 200MB uploads for the basic plan, but can only support 50MB when you actually install the app.
Configuration doesn't seem to support limiting it to a single product template.
When I tried to send in a support request, their support form failed to upload the request.
Not worth the hassle with other options available.
