Great app for our jewellery store. Customers can now request exchanges and returns on their own, and we manage everything from one simple dashboard. Setup was quick, support is responsive, and offering exchanges has helped us keep more sales. Highly recommend!
I have been using quick returns for over 2months now, and honestly, the entire process was very smooth. From onboarding to my first exchange it was very well handled and very much organised.
Thanks to Ayushi for providing wonderful service and replying to small small queries promptly. She has been very helpful till date.
All in all quickreturn is a very simple to use platform with all the features required for a store to automate and simplify exchange process.
