QuickSync: Etsy Integration

Great app so far. I look forward to getting my Shopify and Etsy more consistent. Joseph was very helpful in the chat and helped me get started. He offered to email any time I have questions. Great customer service with real people. Thank you!

I am not the most tech savvy person but installing this app was a breeze with the help of Customer Service Agent, Joseph. He was extremely patient helping my Etsy/Shopify integration!

Joseph and the customer service team have helped me a couple of times, and they are amazing. The integration is stellar, and the customer service team is very awesome to work with.

Joseph was extremely helpful and helped me synchronize all my products very quickly. Although the app is very user-friendly, I had a few minor difficulties at first. Joseph resolved the issue right away. The Ultra subscription plan is definitely worth it!

Smooth and easy process; and Joseph was great. Very personable and friendly.

*However* ... I'm extremely concerned about a development that occurred (post-syncing my Shopify and Etsy stores) that I'm hoping will be fixed within the next few hours.

Every single one of our product images (over 200 photos) created on a transparent background in Shopify transferred over to Etsy with a solid black background. It's a complete mess. I've had to place my Etsy shop into Vacation mode until it's fixed.

Joseph has indicated he will look into a fix for the problem and reach out to us imminently. I look forward to getting this resolved and will adjust my review once the situation is fixed.

Joseph was very helpful on integrating my products to Etsy from my Shopify!

Useful app with good customer service. Jayson in particular provided quick, concise and helpful support.

the agent was super helpful and was able to solve my issue quickly! She was very quick to reply!

I initially could not sync, but then Gaspar came live in the chat and helped me to sync over 170 products. Amazing. thanks

Joseph helped me to virtually set up the app. I literally had to do nothing. Looking forward to this smooth sync. I appreciate it.
