very helpful. It took 3 agents over the course of the day, omar and diane were also very good from before. Arianne was very nice and helpful. eventually we got it

Elhassan was friendly and fixedly issue ASAP, I love support is on chat 24/7-a lifesaver!! Unlike other apps you have to email and wait hours!

Joseph was very helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your team!

So helpful! Omar completed the integration for me and assigned my products SKU's which made my life so much easier I am so happy thank you! other apps are way too complicated

I had an excellent experience with Omar's prompt and helpful assistance in syncing my products to the Etsy platform. His quick response and effective support made the process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend this platform for its excellent customer service and user-friendly interface.

Great and fast service thank you :) a gentleman called omar sorted all my store out for me

Diana was very patient and helpful in resolving my issue!

My goal was to sync all products from Etsy to shopify.
First there where some problems but all could be solved with help of the very good support.
Thanks a look all people in support I chatted with.

Jayson has been a great help and has helped me to figure out my issues. He is confident and works quickly Thankyou

Really helpful people working on support at any time (not a chat bot!) and the app itself works really well- unlike any other I’ve used in the past. The product is great
