excellent introduction to this app, Omar was very helpful and guided us thru the installation and set up!

Joseph was incredibly courteous and professional, helping me sync my product to my shop. He guided me through every step and was very patient when we encountered issues. I would definitely reach out to him again if I need assistance in the future. Higly recommend this app and super star badge for the incredible support staff, especially Joseph. Thank you

Omar was incredibly quick and helpful! Thank you for your help!

It was very Quick and Easy.

The Advisor (Omar) was very helpful.

Joseph I quick to help you to setup all your listings and will troubleshoot any errors. So far looks to be an efficient way to manage inventory across multiple platforms

Joseph the customer service agent really help me with this app. This app makes it so easy to sync all my products from my store to Etsy with a breeze with a busy life I live. I missed a step and he helped me out when i did realize that was the reason my products were not syncing.

The support is amazing, quick and so helpful.

Realmente el trato excelente. Muy atento y simpatico y enseguida me ha hecho la sincronizacion. Estoy encantada.

great service from the chat / help desk that talked me through fixing an issue that i had created (not their fault at all). Really happy with the apps functionality and customer service

Strongly recommend.
I didn't know how to create new products in Etsy from Shopify. Joseph was very helpful and helped me with all the steps. He actually synced all products we wanted to do. Also, he sent me all the steps in email later.
Sincerely appreciated his help..
