QuickSync: eBay Integration

Unfortunately too many issues in a short space of time. Helpful support for the main, but an attempt by support to resolve an issue with duplicate skus resulted in 95% of my eBay listings being ended.

Customer support was great.

ottima app, sono stato aiutato da joseph che è stato molto genitle

Excellent service received from Omar the Customer Success Agent to get my Shopify products synced with Ebay. He took time to walk me through the process from the moment I downloaded the app from the store. 5 star service. Thankyou.

Joseph was amazing. Made some good suggestions to help out my business sync with shopify. Cant wait for everything to finish syncing and get started.

This app makes syncing between your Shopify store and eBay store extremely easy to set up and then works automatically without you needed to manually sync. Joseph was extremely helpful to me with any questions I had or small changes I wanted to make. He was also available to help me immediately when I logged in and was focused on my issue with quick and professional responses and solutions. Highly recommended!

****Edit to my first review...***** UGH! I've been using this app for a few months with promises of the issues I have being fixed. This app does NOT work as promised. I have had multiple items sync to ebay and list them there for $1 and none of my inventory shows multiple sizes. Whenever I reach out to ask the status of them resolving the issues, they tell me that their IT is in discussions with the IT team of Ebay... this sounds somewhat false.

I've asked for a refund, and they say they will send it up to their manager, but all I get is crickets.

DO NOT USE THIS APP if you are wanting to save time, money, and have something that works correctly.

Joseph is a life saver!! He took a lot of time and set up the app for me. When there were too many items to add to ebay he suggested I go through my products and choose the items I wanted to list.... and then sent me screenshots to explain how to accomplish that.

He has saved me time and money and I completely appreciate his care and expertise.

I definitely recommend this app.... especially because of the wonderful support I received.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer support I received from Omar and the product! The eBay product sync to Shopify works seamlessly, saving me so much time and effort. The setup was straightforward, and any questions I had were promptly and professionally addressed by the support team. Their responsiveness and expertise made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend this product to anyone looking to simplify their e-commerce operations!

Great service from Omar today, as he helped me sync my listings from ebay to shopify.
