Khaled was very helpful assisting me during the start up process of syncing my ebay and shopify stores. I am a former Inkfrog user but they closed so I was happy to find QuickSync!

i love this app. it makes my shopify so much easier. also support helps right away when needed. I had a couple issues at the beginning with sold items not being removed from the store. they fixed it. thank you

I have to see how everything can be synchronised as I got an order on shopify, but my listing on eBay was not deleted. Furthermore, maybe I don't know how yet, but so far when I purchased shipping labels on shopify, I had to manually upload the tracking number on eBay. Interesting app & concept, but need to learn how to use it

Absolutely worst experience. Got assurance that nothing would change on the ebay store.
They were keen to get a 5 star review during setup but once the transfer from ebay to shopify was complete, they added 1000's of additional quantities to over 60 or more of our lines on ebay completetly messed our inventory and wost still they could not correct it.. Worst experience ever. We now have to spend a long time sorting their mess out.
