Shoppers ask for a quote on the product page; you set a unit price and Shopify emails them an invoice with a checkout link. When they pay, it's a regular order in your store. Shoppers never see a limit — the quote form keeps taking requests. No theme edits: it's an app block you place yourself, and removing the app leaves nothing behind. Hide price and Add to cart on all or tagged products (with Pro, on product cards too), add two questions of your own, and give each quote a valid-until date.
