We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our app cannot install itself; installation requires authorization from a store owner or a staff account with app permissions. Any trial or charge is displayed and approved through Shopify during installation. Please contact us with your store URLs and billing details so we can investigate the installations and resolve any charges promptly.
