Rapid Bundles & Upsell app

L'app est simple à utiliser et fait très bien le travail. On a mis en place plusieurs bundles en quelques minutes, tout fonctionne parfaitement.

Le design s’intègre bien à notre boutique, et le support est super réactif si on a une question ou besoin d’aide.

Depuis qu’on l’utilise, notre panier moyen a augmenté. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Be Careful Using Rapi

I recently gave Rapi access to my store to assist with installing an app. Within two days, my Shopify store and Facebook Business Manager were hacked.

I'm not directly accusing Rapi, but I want to point out that they were the only third party given access to my store during that time. Shortly after, I discovered nearly $16,000 in fraudulent Facebook ad charges under my business account.

Please be extremely cautious when giving any company access to your sensitive business information.

So far I'm really loving Rapi Bundles. Just landed the ability to increase my product offerings substantially so Rapi is going to really help a lot. Hopefully it can keep up...haha. As I push it, I may have some requests/ideas to request but i know the support at Rapi has been fantastic so far so I'm not concerned.

Just today, I worked with Arthur in Rapi support and through live chat with Arthur, they were able to help guide me to resolve all of my questions and requests.

Great app and great support.
Rapi is easy to use and does exactly what I need. I had a couple of small issues setting up a bundle, and Patrick from support responded really quickly and helped me solve it right away. Highly recommend – both the app and the team behind it!

Increased AOV immediately & conversion rate has gone up due to other features like Buy One Get One Options. Amazing app and amazing team. David has been super helpful whenever I need help or have questions!
