Rapid Bundles & Upsell app

J'ai mis 5 étoiles pour plusieurs raisons :
D'abord Dav et Patrick ont répondu à toutes mes questions et ont été très patients (plus que moi) :-)
Grace à eux, on sait que on peut toujours trouver une solution. Merci !

Petite mention spéciale à Arthur qui s'est occupé de la MAJ de la nouvelle version et qui fonctionne à merveille !

Ensuite, l'app est vraiment très cool. La mise en place est assez intuitive, l'ergonomie est très bonne et le fonctionnement semble bon, même si je n'ai encore de recul pour affirmer ça.
Il est aussi évident que l'intégration dans des thèmes customisés est plus touchy. De même qu'il faut sans doute bien choisir les produits pour que les bundles soient rentables.
La rendre gratuite est un énorme point positif et ça donne envie de découvrir les autres outils.

Un vrai coup de cœur. Application hyper intuitive et facile à utiliser, même pour les novices. J'ai pu créer des packs de produits en un clin d'œil. En plus, le service client est au top ! J'ai eu un petit souci technique au début, et David du service client qui a été super sympa, efficace et réactif. Il a résolu mon problème en quelques minutes.
Je recommande Rapi Bundle Quantity Breaks à tous les e-commerçants qui veulent proposer des packs de produits de manière simple et efficace. Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce super outil !

Rapi is a great app. I was using Kaching bundles for a while and you had to pay for that service. However, being that Rapi is free it does everything Kaching could do and more. Customer service is also a great help as Arthur quickly replied to my messages and resolved my problems quickly.

Came across this app, looking for a way to apply BOGO to my store. Give it a try since it was free and never looked back. Straightforward, easy, effective and aesthetically appealing. What do you want even more?

By the way, special thanks to David at the live chat! I didn´t exactly know how to correctly apply the prices at the bundle, so I decided to contact RAPI support via the live chat. David responded in 1 minute and immediately solved my problem, showing pro-active behaviour. Very kind guy, keep and promote him in your Customer support Rapi! As a business owner myself, I definitely know the importance of good customer service, and therefore good agents.

I recently began using the Rapi app to manage bundle and save promotions for my webshop, and it's been an excellent experience. The app is straightforward and makes it effortless to integrate bundle offers directly onto product pages.

Dishonest support from David.
I asked if there was multilingual functionality and was told "Yes don't worry, the bundle text will be automatically adapted to your customers language". When I asked what this meant, apparently it meant that customers can use their browser translation function. This is not multilingual functionality, is not automatic, and doesn't even work when the rest of the site is properly localised, as mine is.
Other similar apps also don't have this functionality, but have been straightforward about that. David elected not to be (and then became slightly passive aggressive when challenged), hence the low rating.

Thanks for this great plugin. Everything works great, but 2 issues:
1. Once I push the add to cart, my quantity is set to 0. So if customer closes the cart popup, it wouldn't be able to add to cart.
2. It displays only current store currency, even If I change it (by Vitals widget) - this is really big problem :(
