A great app with a lot of thoughtful and unique features (e.g. AI review drafting). It's also has more affordable tiers for a new store like ours. A little bit tricker to set up due to the amount of features and customisation possible - I was able to do most of it myself no problem but a couple of the more advanced features I needed to reach out to the developer, William. Luckily, he is super helpful and really cares about making his app great.

I saw many recommendations for this app from fellow business owners. It is also very handy to start with as a small business, so we chose it. We have no regrets with our choice and will definitely keep using Rapid Reviews. It is light on our website and the support from William is amazing as he's just a message away. We recommend it 100%.

After testing many different review apps on Shopify, this one stands out by far as the best. You can immediately tell it's well-coded — everything works smoothly, and the interface is clean and intuitive. Despite its simplicity, it includes all the key features I need: review requests, AI-assisted reviews, and more.

The pricing is very reasonable, and support has been excellent. The developer was quick to respond and even helped me implement a Japanese translation for my store, which I really appreciate.

The Shopify App Store can be frustrating at times: some apps look great at first, but when you install them you‘re often confronted with bugs, mediocre code that slows down your store and even worse customer service. And I am not even talking about hidden cost and unrealistic pricing schemes for small stores. Rapid Reviews and especially the developer William are the total opposite: super fast response times to emails, openness for suggestions and - most importantly - a clean app which is tuned for speed and performance. I would highly recommend this app. After testing many product reviews apps this was the only one that did not have a negative impact to the speed of our website. This is important because this app is loading on every product page.

The app is packed full of features and easy to use. I keep finding new features like adding the App as a extension in the admin panel to the edit product page. This allows you to manage the reviews for a product directly from the edit product page.

William Belk has been the most responsive app developer I have communicated with. He was quick to add a new feature, and that is something I have never seen happen from an app developer. He created a new Flow trigger for Rapid Reviews that runs when a "Review is published". This allows us to automate adding reward points to our Loyalty app.

The Rapid Reviews app has been a great addition to our store. It is easy to use and delivers exactly what it promises, collecting reviews through automated emails at no extra cost.

Rapid Reviews is brilliant, highly configurable, and the review sections fit perfectly into the look of my website and my Shopify theme.
