We installed Rapid Search on our Shopify store, Midwest Moto Parts, and the improvement over Shopify's default search is night and day!
We have a large inventory of used OEM motorcycle parts, so accurate search results are extremely important to our business. I've personally performed numerous searches since installing Rapid Search, and I'm genuinely impressed with how much better and more relevant the results are.
Customers need to find the right parts quickly, and Rapid Search makes that experience significantly easier. It's one of the best improvements we've made to our website.
I rarely take the time to write app reviews, but this one deserves five stars. Highly recommended for Shopify store owners looking to improve their search functionality!
We're using that application from last 4 months, the app was amazing specially for big catalogues to find the exact product and their customer support Service person Rebeka was excellent, they can resolve your issue very fastly and better guide you which works best for your business

Reviewing this app for the first time, The app is easy to use. But what makes this app provider standout is there fantastic aftersales and technical support, I had an issue with the app working on our shopify site and Matt kindly found the problem and helped sort it out. Gets 5 stars from me
