Wrote an automation for writing the discount rates of products to tags and metafields fields. He also did a few more operations.
It's a software that does a great job, and it's obvious that the live support team enjoys their work. great job man. if you need such an application, use it!

Works flawlessly. We use it to send reminders for orders that should be paid by bank deposit. And to automatically cancel and restock the order, if the customer did not pay nonetheless.

Much easier to use than any stock feature such as Shopify Flow. Customer Support can step in to assist with workflows that do not have a direct "path" using the interface.

It's a great application! If you're looking to automate processes in your Shopify store, you have access to predefined templates, but you can also create very advanced custom workflows. I recommend this app because it saves me an incredible amount of time. But also for its support, which is close to exceptional. Almost nothing is impossible for them. Thanks to Oleksii for his patience and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I've used many apps and the REACT FLOW app is so intuitive and the support team is simply A+, clearly the best customer service we've ever encountered since launching our stores to Shopify.
We had very complicated workflows to add on draft orders and after many back and forth, the team clearly and swiftly investigated and found solutions to our issues.

Customer Service is amazing and the App works perfect. Serious that actually deliver what they promise. Had them automatically add subscribe to marketing for customers who enter our system through another app. Also delete customer tags when not in use to keep our tags clean.

Awesome app. Friendly and helpful customer service. Unfortunately only US working hours support timeslots. So not ideal. in Europe if you require a lot of support.
For more advanced but still visual flows, this is by far the best one I have used.
It is very much what Shopify Flow should have been.
Our usecase is automating our external warehouse.
We are in the office furniture business and thus shipping lots of big items. This requires a lot of information and logic, which React Flow handles very well.

EXTREMELY POWERFUL! Better than Shopify Flow. Support is great too! This has definitely made regular jobs a lot easier by automating the processes for my business.
Edit: I just wanted to highlight years later how amazing the support have been in creating powerful flows. The limits are truly endless with this app.
