Tech support has been awesome to work with - highly recommend the app. Developers are working with us to make a change to the app so a flow can be created to suit our process.

Thank you so much for pointing on important items in React Flow that should be improved. We'll definitely do our best to do this, and establish really stable and useful automated functions in your store.
We needed a particular flow to tag orders based on the shipping zip code. The team was very friendly and quick to set that up for us. Really great support team, highly recommend.

I had an issue relating to customer id numbers and React Flows automated tagging saved us a lot of work. Thank you Dayna and Sergey for friendly customer service! www.forsmantee.fi
Thank you a tonne. Your cooperation motivates us to be even better. Our team had fun developing a new variable for and setting up a flow that generates the desired number as a tag. We will be glad to cooperate again. Thanks for your time!

Couldn't be happier with the app, the automation creation process is very user friendly and you can't beat the price. Way better than Shopify's app, lots o' love to this Ukrainian team!
Thank you so much for your kind words and support for our product. Our team is totally happy you've enjoyed React Flow that far.
And of course, we're always ready to improve it further, giving all needed assistance in its using for your business from our side.
I have not been using this app for long, but in the short time that I have, the support team has been VERY helpful and so quick to respond. This solved my problem that other apps were not able to!
Thank you so much for your review!
We really appreciate it that you are with us and that you are using the app effectively!
This app has helped us in automating some otherwise very tedious manual tasks. We still need to perfect some details but their tech support has also been very helpful in trying to figure things out along side our team.
Wow, that's wonderful to know we could help that much with our product, thank you for your high estimation! Don't forget that you're always welcome to get our support with any app functionality at any time!
Fills all the gaps left by Shopify. Variable email addresses is the best part, you can send custom messages out to customers based on definable criteria. Well made app with quick customer support. Can't believe its free.
Good day! We are thankful for such a great review ;) Just a minute of your time, but we are so happy to see your feedback! Don't hesitate to contact us again!

I am wowed by the level of service provided! I needed some functionality that was not existing, their team worked hard to understand what exactly I needed, and once they got it, within a few hours had it included in the app!
Wow! Many thanks for your kind feedback! It's really important for us to know your thoughts. Feel free to contact us if anything else is needed, we'll be happy to help!
All the best,

I asked if it were possible to add a new variable so that it is more personalised to the customer, and they were able to do this within a matter of weeks - thank you so much! This is going to save us HOURS of repetitive work each day :)
Wow! Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We are always open to cooperation, and it is you who can help to make the app better! See you in a new chat!

Love this app for simple coding that I need done daily! Such as weekly product low inventory reports and tagging new products to appear in the right collection. I'm learning how to set up conditional codes which is quite enjoyable to learn.
I'd love your feedback! We are preparing some more useful options to save your time :) Feel free to contact us!
Yours,
React Flow
