Customer Service is amazing and the App works perfect. Serious that actually deliver what they promise. Had them automatically add subscribe to marketing for customers who enter our system through another app. Also delete customer tags when not in use to keep our tags clean.
Thank you for the fantastic feedback! We're thrilled to hear that our customer service exceeded your expectations and that our app performed flawlessly for you. Delivering on promises is at the core of our mission. We're glad our app's functionality aligned with your preferences. If you ever need further assistance, feel free to reach out!
Awesome app. Friendly and helpful customer service. Unfortunately only US working hours support timeslots. So not ideal. in Europe if you require a lot of support.
For more advanced but still visual flows, this is by far the best one I have used.
It is very much what Shopify Flow should have been.
Our usecase is automating our external warehouse.
We are in the office furniture business and thus shipping lots of big items. This requires a lot of information and logic, which React Flow handles very well.
Thanks for your feedback. We are glad that our application suits you and we are trying to constantly improve it.
Contact us at any time and we will be happy to help you.
EXTREMELY POWERFUL! Better than Shopify Flow. Support is great too! This has definitely made regular jobs a lot easier by automating the processes for my business.
Edit: I just wanted to highlight years later how amazing the support have been in creating powerful flows. The limits are truly endless with this app.
Thank you very much for your feedback. We are pleased that you like our app and we are not stopping to make it even better.
UPDATE:
Been more than 2 years and I'm still amazed by their entire team and support. A must have app for ALL shopify stores that are growing.
Great App for internal automation. Superb support as well. Highly recommended - especially for stores looking to scale. ReactFlow is the perfect partner.
That's so pleasant to read such a warm opinion about our product, thank you so much!
Always ready to resolve any problem or assist in constructing any future automations with the app.
Your React Flow Team
The app works well and does what it's supposed to. We had an issue with unexpected overage charges that caught us off guard, but their support team was responsive and worked with us to find a fair resolution. They've also mentioned they plan to add better notifications for usage overages in the future. Solid app and good customer service.
That's so pleasant to conscious that React Flow helps people with their business really a lot. Thank you so much for this kind feedback. Proudly continuing to be a part of your success, our entire team is totally ready to assist with any further benefits of app using.
Great help from the support team in building a customised Flow.
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with our support team in building your customized flow. 😊
Aplicativo espetacular, consegui fazer workflows que o Flow da Shopify não permitia ou não tinha acesso
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a positive review. Your support truly means a lot to our team and motivates us to keep improving.
I cant believe how helpful the team was to be honest. Normally we would use a third party site for our automations but they can be tricky and require dev skills but the team at react flow helped me build my whole flow in one night. I couldn't recommend them more!
Thank you so much! We’re thrilled to hear our team could make the process smooth and quick for you. It means a lot that you’d recommend us — we really appreciate your trust and support!
Excellent app. Does things that Shopify Flow cannot. Their support team is amazing too and they go out of their way to help!
Thank you so much for such kind words for us.
We appreciate a lot your bright feedback, and totally ready to keep that level of quality for our product and service.
