Honestly wasn't sure what we needed going into the implementation of real-time shipping into Shopify — none of us on marketing know shipping software, we just knew we needed to provide our online clients with rates and shipping options. Eniture's support team walked us through it without making us feel dumb for asking basic questions, which I appreciated more than I expected to.

The thing that actually sold me: they didn't disappear after we bought. Stuck around through the whole setup, answered emails fast, helped us fix stuff as it came up instead of pointing us to a help article. We couldn't have made it through this process w/out Eniture's app and support team. Great guys!

I had an excellent experience with Eniture. Their team was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to help me find the right solution for my needs. The entire process was smooth, from initial communication to final implementation. Their products are high quality, reliable, and have helped streamline our shipping operations significantly.

Customer service was outstanding, with quick responses and clear guidance whenever questions came up. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers and stands behind its products.

I highly recommend Eniture to anyone looking for dependable shipping and logistics solutions. Great company, great service, and great results!

The shipping quotes are not accurate. I added a $10 markup, and the quote went up by over $200. The quotes are too high or too low compared to the actual shipping cost. It is very frustrating.

Hello,
If the app is set up properly, it will return penny accurate rates. The culprit, in this case, is likely an improper setting. The merchant did not make an attempt to ask for support. Immediately after the review, Eniture initiated a support ticket on behalf of the merchant, asking for additional details so that the case could be investigated. The merchant never responded.
