This app has streamlined our customer service process for responding to emails and social media messages all in one place! The Re:amaze team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we reach out with questions.
The re:amaze Helpdesk always supports with a helpful solution and the response time is really good. We are using the tool for six years now and are happy how its simplicity and its support team are beneficial to our daily work. The Automations are really good. The AI solutions are fine, too.
We used to love Re:Amaze! We've been on the platform for about 5 years and we're getting increasingly frustrated!
Customer support is very poor. The front line customer service team gate keep proper technical support and make it impossible to even be heard by someone who can actually help resolve the problem - they deflect everything.
Newly launched ai supported tools like the shopping assistance bot and the AI FAQ bot just don't do anything - they can't answer the most basic customer question like how much is shipping.
It's disappointing after being a user for so long. No one seems to care anymore.

I honestly appreciate how simple the software is and I am very happy with the support received.
AWFUL! I wouldn't even waste your time. The customer service is terrible. Spent 40 minutes trying to resolve an issue that they "couldn't see" on their end. Barely even used the service. Can't log in and they are telling me I now have to wait for an email response.
I sincerely apologize for your frustrating experience. The login issue you faced was caused by an authentication bug that made it difficult for our team to locate your account - this is completely on us and not the standard we aim for. We've since fixed your account should you choose to log in again, and will be providing additional training and feedback to our support team to ensure a similar experience does not reoccur for any of our customers. While we understand if you've chosen to move on, your feedback has directly improved our processes. I worked with Dakota T for getting setting up on our Shopify website. He has been very extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. On a different note, the app addresses everything that we need and it offered more functionalities exceeding our expectations.
We've been onboarding for a week and so far the transition from Gorgias has been fairly seamless. Many thanks to Dakota Tompkins for the assistance & education!
Péssimo. Não dão suporte aos templates do WhatsApp, para usar tem que fazer uma gambiarra na plataforma e não da pra usar varias coisas como botões e outros.

Dakota is super helpful and explains everything so clearly! I came with questions and he was patient enough to spend time going through each one with me and even went down the rabbit hole... 20 minutes over meeting time for it! Appreciate the support in helping us set up Reamaze to work for us.
