Recurpay Subscriptions App

Easy, smooth transition thanks to Ajsar and the team. I'm really enjoying the app so far, everything is running smoothly.

Especially if you start with the subscription, I have installed about seven subscription apps, tested them, and later de-installed them. No one can achieve my simple expectations (multicurrency & multilanguage). The support was always very kind but without results. The first one who started to work was App by Recurpay. I had an issue with a subscription fulfillment and reached out to Recurpay support outside of their listed working hours. Despite that, they responded almost instantly, helped me resolve the issue quickly, and also identified and fixed the underlying cause.

I was so stressed when i realized that my customers were having issues managing their subscriptions. I'm not 'tech savvy' and scared I would mess up my settings somehow and crash my entire store if I did anything wrong. NOPE!!!! Recurpay, along with an amazing employee named Sinchain came to the rescue. Within minutes the correction was made. So smooth! These guys are superb. A minor problem was corrected within a day, over the chat function, and honestly - I couldn't be happier with their service. That's not to mention the app, which is superb in itself and does everything I want it to do (specifically, customers can subscribe on any day in a month, and the subscription is taken again on the 1st of the next month and every month after). You won't regret using this app!

These guys are the real deal and super helpful. probably the best customer experience ever... very impressed. we decrease churn 60% while retaining more of our customers. but the crazy thing is,that having already spoken to big expensive companies like recharge, skio etc... these guys offer full customisation and support wile doing it. best value sub app out there for sure ...

I’ve really enjoyed using Recurpay with my Shopify store. Setting it up was quick, and my customers love having the option to subscribe.
