What impressed me most was their exceptional customer service. They migrated my Yotpo subscriptions in under 24 hours, and the onboarding process was both professional and genuinely caring.

I’ve set a reminder to come back in 6 months and update this review with the results of our partnership. But so far, it definitely feels like the right move.

The support staff at Recurpay has been incredible, and this is an understatement. They were able to get my subscriptions merged with my bundle app and get my website and page to look exactly how I wanted them to look. They respond instantly and provide some of the best customer service I have ever received.

Excellent app! It's made quite a few things possible within our store subscriptions setup, and the flexibility of the plan setup is outstanding. It works perfectly our other custom functionality and it's super easy to use - gentle little learning curve. The support team are incredible. Very responsive, personable and completely understood (and overstood!) and make sense of what I was querying, taking a lot of the stress and figuring out off my plate. Highly recommend, and will be telling all of my Shopify friends about it!

Aunque no resulta del todo fácil de configurar al principio, una vez investigas un poco y entiendes sus funcionalidades, hace que puedas trabajar el sistema de suscripción de manera facilísima en tu eCommerce.

Sinchain was very helpful resolving a customer billing issue. The app itself is easy to use, and my customers appreciate that they can manage their subscriptions without my help.

I’m not sure where to begin. Our company started out 5 yrs ago with Bold and we were happy. All of a sudden they wanted to upgrade there app and nothing worked the same. So I researched apps that was compatible to Shopify. Recurpay stood out from all the rest. I emailed them about my issue with my previous app. They set up a live video chat right away. We discussed what I wanted out of a subscription app and they assured me they would be a great fit. In less then a week our company was up and running smoothly again. Sweta and her team was so patient and knowledgeable about what they do and walked me thru everything. Please contact them you won’t regret it.
