Recurpay Subscriptions App

Great free app and very helpful support! Live chat was able to set up 3 different plans for me. I just gave them collaborator access and they did all the work! Sinchain gave me really helpful tips to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction. So easy to use! I really appreciated the hands-on help and quick set up.

Had issues with the widget not showing up. Sinchain's customer support was superb and went above and beyond with assistance. App is easy to set up and use. I'm really happy to be able to add this functionality, especially in a free app. Future suggestion: Add the ability to add a quantity requirement to the subscription plan.

Decided to try this app out as our current subscription app was charging an arm and a length for a very basic service. Recurpay was so easy to install and the onboarding assistance was incredible. They were able to migrate all information from my old subscription app and made sure we were setup for success on day one! Cannot recommend them enough!

All because of their customer care. I have never had chat sessions that were so helpful. Sinchain was amazing and so informative during my onboarding! Sinchain is the best! Quick replies, fast work and always able to make the edits we need. We needed to change if we charged shipping to our subscribers and not only did he make that possible he was able to go back and remove any charges for shipping to existing customers. He's simply the best. Just not enough words to say how happy we are with this app and Sinchain.

We are still in the process of setting this up, and getting ready to launch. But so far, loving it - so easy, seamlessly integrates with our theme and checkout, and as a customer, slots right in. And I must mention the support, as with most new apps, there are a few questions, tweaks and tips, and 'Sinchain' has been right there. Big Thankyou! Can't wait to put it out there :-)

Great support experience and easy-to-use platform. Recommended for e-commerce stores that are looking to implement no-fuss subscriptions.

Response was prompt and someone was with me within a minute. Sinchain answered all my questions and fixed up all the minor issues like interface colours to match my website. The app is seamless. It will automatically create the following order and charge the customer shipping on each order. It is also immediately viewable on Shopify orders.

The app works like a treat. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend it!
