Response was prompt and someone was with me within a minute. Sinchain answered all my questions and fixed up all the minor issues like interface colours to match my website. The app is seamless. It will automatically create the following order and charge the customer shipping on each order. It is also immediately viewable on Shopify orders.
The app works like a treat. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

And the app, compared to any other subscription app available on Shopify (believe me, I tried them all) offers an intuitiive, well-designed interface and a pleasant UX.
If you're tired of poorly designed, convoluted solutions that clearly never invested in product design and leave all design decisions to developers... if you're looking for a platform that was designed "the Apple way"... Recurpay is for you!
Une application vraiment idéale pour mettre en place mon abonnement de box mensuelle. Le support a vraiment été parfait pour m'accompagné dans mes demandes d'aide. :) J'ai pu proposé différent abonnements et possibilité de paiement a mes clients en quelques réglages et surtout je peux suivre facilement les abonnements dans mon interfaces et sur shopify ! J'ai pu traduire la majorité des éléments ! Merci au support qui est vraiment réactif !
I recently installed Recurpay and was absolutely impressed with the incredible service I received. I was a bit stuck on a couple of things being a complete novice so I popped onto the online chat & spoke to Sinchain. Nothing was too much trouble and all was able to be sorted out without me having to worry at all. I would highly recommend Recurpay. I am thrilled I came across them and have chosen to use them for my subscription service. Thank you!
Updated Review: Thanks for updating the pricing plan description to "Free Plan Available." Updated to 3 Stars now that pricing is more transparent.
Prior Review: NOT FREE. It *should* read "free plan available." Not price competitive with other comparable apps once it's not free.
Also, it doesn't update with theme updates. And didn't notify me when it fell off.
Despite the frustration, I gave the second star because support is super helpful.
Cocoa Future Collaborative team, your feedback on the pricing description directly led to us fixing it and that helped every merchant who came after you. On the theme update issue, this is a platform-level behavior on Shopify where any app widget needs to be re-injected after a theme change. That said, we have significantly improved how we handle this since 2023, with better detection and faster re-integration support. The product today is quite different from the days you experienced. Especially if you start with the subscription, I have installed about seven subscription apps, tested them, and later de-installed them. No one can achieve my simple expectations (multicurrency & multilanguage). The support was always very kind but without results. The first one who started to work was App by Recurpay. We had issues right away with the Proceed to Cart button not working, but the RecurPay support team is great! Even with using the free version. They stayed late on their Friday night to help, and within an hour found the app that was interfering with the checkout process. They did some testing and made sure everything was working as we wanted. As for the App itself, easy setup, easy customization, and reasonable pricing options. So far everything is great!
