Hi Suneli Valley team,
8 hours is not enough time to see what Recurpay can do, and leaving without reaching out meant we never got the chance to step in. That gap is on us. Issues at that stage are almost always setup related and take minutes to sort with our team. If curiosity ever brings you back, we will make sure the first 8 hours look nothing like what you experienced.
Please feel free to connect with us at help@recurpay.com
