Recurpay Subscriptions App

I’ve had an outstanding experience using the Recurpay: Subscriptions app. The platform is intuitive, easy to integrate, and packed with features that make managing customer subscriptions a breeze. From setup to daily use, everything has been smooth and efficient.

What truly stood out, though, was the level of support I received from Sinchain. Sinchain was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my specific needs were met. Whether it was customizing workflows, troubleshooting issues, or just offering suggestions to optimize my subscription setup, Sinchain was always there with helpful advice and quick solutions. It’s rare to find support that’s not only technically sharp but also genuinely invested in your success.

Thanks to Recurpay and Sinchain, we’ve seen improved customer retention and a much more streamlined billing process. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to simplify and enhance their subscription management.

I’m extremely happy so far. Subscriptions aren’t just a sales tool—they’re a long-term relationship with your customers. And the app you choose? It’s not just software—it’s practically a business partner.

What impressed me most was their exceptional customer service. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely confident entrusting them with such a critical part of my business. They migrated my Yotpo subscriptions in under 24 hours, and the onboarding process was both professional and genuinely caring.

I’ve set a reminder to come back in 6 months and update this review with the results of our partnership. But so far, it definitely feels like the right move.

The support staff at Recurpay has been incredible, and this is an understatement. They were able to get my subscriptions merged with my bundle app and get my website and page to look exactly how I wanted them to look. They respond instantly and provide some of the best customer service I have ever received.

We’ve been using this app for a while! The free plan is a great start and the platform is the most user friendly we’ve had thus far. Support is always quick, easy, and effective!

This app has made my life so much simpler. It is easy to install and navigate. the 1 time I had a question, Sinchain was on live, showed me what to do, no problems! I can honestly say, compared to e commerce amazon etc...t his is by far the best app I have used. Thank you all!

Sinchain has been a great help with both customizing the widget and providing excellent customer support. The app is easy to use, and after lots of testing, it proved to be the best price-performance option I could find on the Shopify App Store.

We have been using Recurpay for about a year and we have had a great experience with both the functionality of the app AND the service we receive. All questions are answered promptly and their support is fantasic. Thank you for a great app!

Excellent app! It's made quite a few things possible within our store subscriptions setup, and the flexibility of the plan setup is outstanding. It works perfectly our other custom functionality and it's super easy to use - gentle little learning curve. The support team are incredible. Very responsive, personable and completely understood (and overstood!) and make sense of what I was querying, taking a lot of the stress and figuring out off my plate. Highly recommend, and will be telling all of my Shopify friends about it!

Aunque no resulta del todo fácil de configurar al principio, una vez investigas un poco y entiendes sus funcionalidades, hace que puedas trabajar el sistema de suscripción de manera facilísima en tu eCommerce.

Gracias Sinchain!! ;)

Sinchain was very helpful resolving a customer billing issue. The app itself is easy to use, and my customers appreciate that they can manage their subscriptions without my help.
