Hi oh, Wanted Studio team,
Our team reached out the same day with a fix ready to go but never heard back. Without store access we could not diagnose what was causing it, but we were fully prepared to resolve it immediately.
The platform has come a long way since 2022 and if you ever want to give Recurpay a fresh start, we are at help@recurpay.com.
