I’ve been using Recurpay for over a year a now. It’s a brilliant subscription app.
I rarely have any issues with it, and the times I have (it’s more a question and user error on my behalf) they are super quick to respond in chat and help.
If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would.
If you are thinking about integrating subscriptions into your platform, then this is the one you need.
Writing a review after a successful launch with Recurpay.
We came from a software that costs $600 per month, and my first impression with Recurpay was that they are so much faster than the expensive software!! Customer service is top notch here and reponds in less than 24 hours (thanks Ajsar!).
Experience with the app has been great so far. Was a little worried that features might be lacking coming from a more expensive software but its got everything top subscription software companies have.
5/5 stars. Thank you! Excited to keep growing our subscription offering with RecurPay.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. It means a lot, especially knowing you came from a platform that was significantly more expensive.
We're really glad the transition has been smooth and that Recurpay has been able to deliver the features you needed without the complexity. I'll also make sure Ajsar sees your kind words, I'm sure it'll make his day.
Thank you once again for trusting us with your subscription program. We're excited to be a part of your growth journey and look forward to supporting you every step of the way. 🚀

Sinchain is always so helpful and answers all of my questions with EXELLENT customer service. I've messaged several times over the years while using this app and always have a great experience. Thank you!
Sinchain was so incredibly helpful that I didn't have to do much to get Recurpay rolling from a Bold migration. I appreciate the insight, the service, kind demeanor, and even the strong GIF game he showed during the entire endeavor. Thanks a ton!
Amazing customer service. Love the app.
Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you're enjoying Recurpay and that our support team has been able to help whenever needed.
We truly appreciate your trust and look forward to supporting you as your subscription program grows.
Really helpful when I had an error with one of my customers' payments - quick live chat with Sinchain and we're back up and running again!
